Isabella County declares emergency after flooding
MOUNT PLEASANT, Mich. (AP) — Officials in Isabella County have declared a state of emergency after heavy rains left roads impassable and some damaged. The Mount Pleasant Morning Sun reports that the declaration was made Friday.
