(1) 4-pound stewing chicken (cooked and cut)
2 cups soft break crumbs
1 cup cooked rice
3 cups broth (or half milk)
1/8 cup chopped pimento
salt and pepper
4 eggs, well beaten
Mix ingredients together adding the well-beaten eggs. Put in buttered 7 x 11 inch pan. Bake 1 hour in 325 degree oven. Cut in squares and serve with sauce.Recipe Pictures - Hover cursor to scroll if several images:
