1/2 cup Bisquick
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 1/2 tbsp paprika
2 1/2 - 3 pound fryer
melt 1/4 cup oleo in a 9 x 13 inch pan
Shake cut-up chicken in plastic bad with dry ingredients. Place skin side down. Bake at 45 degrees for 45 minutes, turn and bake 15 minutes longer. Make biscuits and bake last 15 minutes with chicken. Add 2 tbsp bisquick to drippings and 1/2 cup water for gravy.Recipe Pictures - Hover cursor to scroll if several images:
