‘Silent Night’ to honor late firefighters
GRANDVILLE, Mich. (WOOD) — It was a somber night in Grandville as the city hosted its ‘Silent Night’ memorial and parade. The purpose of the ceremony, which was held Thursday in the Grandville Library Amphitheater, was to remember any firefighter, active or retired, who had answered the last alarm in the past 12 months, regardless of whether they passed away in the line of duty.
