Voters head to polls in Grand Rapids mayoral election and local proposals
GRAND RAPIDS, Mich.– Grand Rapids’ voters will head to the polls Tuesday to choose the city’s first new mayor in more than a decade. Four candidates are facing off in the primary election. They are Rosalynn Bliss, John George, Willard Lee and Robert Dean. If one of them gets more than 50% of the vote, they will be elected mayor.
