Tanger Outlets will bring in $7M to township annually
BYRON TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WOOD) — The new Tanger Outlets south of Grand Rapids opening Friday morning is expected to bring in thousands of shoppers, benefiting Byron Township and other local businesses. To start with, the outlet mall off 84th Street west of US-131 will create some 900 jobs. That’s not all. Byron Township Supervisor Audrey Nevins Weiss told 24 Hour News 8 that the financial impact will spread beyond only the mall itself.
