Suit: Benton Harbor Schools owes company $2.7M
BENTON HARBOR, Mich. (WOOD) — The company that provided custodial services for Benton Harbor Area Schools is suing to collect more than $2.7 million it says it is owed by the district. Sodexo Management, Inc. says it first contracted with the district in 2011. In a lawsuit filed in federal court on Friday, Sodexo claimed the district has struggled to pay it for some time.
