Phillips’ attorney: Letter not enough for murder charge
LUDINGTON, Mich. (WOOD) — The Michigan Court of Appeals will have to decide if a confession letter from Sean Phillips regarding the death of his daughter is enough to sustain a murder charge. Phillips is accused of killing his 4-month-old daughter Katherine, more commonly known as Baby Kate, in July 2011. Her body has never been found.
