One seriously hurt in crash near Lowell
VERGENNES TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WOOD) — One person is in serious condition after a head-on collision in Kent County. It happened around 9:40 p.m. on Friday. The Kent County Sheriff’s Office says a 16-year-old driver was travelling on Vergennes Street near the entrance to Lowell High School when he crossed the center line and struck a car driven by 33-year-old Sadie Bowers of Belding.
