Muskegon’s Davis draft at top of 2nd round; going to Memphis
UNDATED (WOOD) — Muskegon High School graduate Deyonta Davis is in the NBA. The Boston Celtics took him first in the second round of the NBA Draft Thursday night and traded him to the Memphis Grizzlies. Davis played only one season at Michigan State before entering the draft. Some projected him as a lottery pick, but that didn’t happen.
