Kent County selling building in downtown GR
GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — Kent County is selling one of its buildings in downtown Grand Rapids. In a Tuesday release, Kent County said it would be accepting bids for the property at 82 Ionia Ave. NW until Aug. 28. Built in 1932, 82 Ionia sits on 1.34 acres and is 108,000 square feet. The county started leasing the building in 1998 and bought it in 2005.
