GRPD: 4 teens arrested for bike theft
GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — Four teenaged bicycle theft suspects were arrested in downtown Grand Rapids on Wednesday, and police are still looking for two more. Around 2:20 p.m., the Grand Rapids Police Department says, downtown safety ambassadors reported the six teens were trying to cut the locks of bicycles outside a bakery in the area of Monroe Avenue and Louis Street NW next to the Campau Square Plaza Building.
