Ex-WMU football players to stand trial for robbery, home invasion
KALAMAZOO, Mich. (WOOD) — Two former Western Michigan University football players are heading to trial for armed robbery and home invasion charges. Ronald George, 18, and Bryson White, 20, both waived their preliminary hearings Friday morning and will stand trial on armed robbery, first-degree home invasion, and larceny charges. George and White are accused of forcing their way into an off-campus apartment in Kalamazoo on Aug. 26 and robbing a woman of marijuana and money.
