Deputy injured in chase involving wanted man
LEROY TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WOOD) — A Calhoun County Sheriff’s Deputy was injured after a chase involving a suspect wanted out of Kalamazoo County. The deputy attempted to stop a vehicle in the 7000 block of M-66 in Leroy Township for a traffic violation around 10:30 p.m. Monday. After being stopped, the driver of the vehicle ran away on foot.
