Crews temporarily fix portion of 100-year-old dam
WAYLAND TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WOOD) — A dam in Shelbyville has been temporarily fixed after a portion of the damn started to fail. Several truck loads of gravel were brought in Thursday to plug the hole at the base of the 100-year-old Gun Lake Dam. Neighbors tell 24 Hour News 8 the dam started to fail Wednesday morning.
