City: Implicit bias training for GRPD officers soon
GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — Funding has been approved for Grand Rapids Police Department officers to undergo implicit bias training, part of a set of recommendations created last year aimed at improving the department’s relations with the community. The training won’t cost more than $46,500, according to a Wednesday release from the city, and will take place within two months.
