15 percent turn out expected for mayoral primary
GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — Grand Rapids City Clerk Darlene O’Neal is predicting a 15 percent turnout for Tuesday’s primary election. The ballots cast could decide who will be Grand Rapid’s first new mayor in over a decade. If any one of the four candidates wins more than 50 percent of the vote Tuesday, they get the job.
