1.5 million Michiganders expected to travel this weekend
GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — Wednesday kicks off the start to one of the busiest travel weekends of the year. According to AAA Michigan, 1.5 million Michiganders are expected to travel 50 miles or more from home this weekend. AAA said that is the most since 2007 and nearly a 1 percent increase over 2014.
