Centerpointe Mall started back in 1967, it was originally named Easterbrook Mall. Easterbrook Mall became Centerpoint Mall back in 2001 and was completely remodeled. Centerpoint Mall is located on 28th St. at the East Beltline on the Northeast side. Centerpoint Mall is Grand Rapids largest indoor shopping center. Some of the main stores are DSW shoes, Old Navy, T.J. Maxx, Menards, Modern Skate and Surf, and Dunham’s Sports. Located in the same parking lot you will find Best Buy, Toys "R" Us, and Krispy Kreme doughnuts. Some of the main restaurants include Arnies restaurant, Chuck E cheese pizza, Grand Rapids Brewing Co., Janie’s Cookies and more. Centerpoint Mall has one main level of shopping, the wide aisles can accommodate large numbers of people comfortably.
Centerpoint Mall features a lovely play area for children.
Centerpoint Mall has both a United States Post Office and Secretary of State’s office.
Modern Skate and Surf has an indoor skate park within Centerpoint Mall.
The mall has four main anchor stores which are DSW Shoe Warehouse, Nordstrom Rack, TJ Maxx., and Menards.
