Slim-N-Trim Fitness Center is the place for you! Established in August 2007, Slim-N-Trim offers slimming-n-trimming, firming-n-toning equipment and a fun, family atmosphere.
We have figure shaping/toning beds including, the waist twister, waist slimmer, sit-up and inner-outer thigh machines, not to mention weights and much more.
We offer an "All Inclusive" program that combines weight management, nutrition services, figure shaping and cardiovascular exercise all under one roof!
